Every vehicle is unique and as such all of our engine and gearbox tunes are written in house, on the day specifically for your vehicle, and fully tested on our rolling road with Dyno printout.
We have a waiting room on site and you are welcome to watch your vehicle on the dyno as we work.
Once you drop your car with us you can expect us to go through the following steps as we work to provide your vehicle with our custom tune to meet your needs:
- SIGN IN - Drop your keys with us and we'll confirm exactly what you want from the tune, any mods fitted and what you can expect.
- HEALTH CHECK - We'll perform a full diagnostic scan of your vehicle as well as inspect its general condition including underneath as we strap it into to Dyno.
- STOCK RUN - Once we are happy with the condition of your vehicle we will begin to drive it on the Dyno and get a baseline of it's performance, including live datalogging to ensure it is performing as expected.
- TUNING - After the stock power runs and check over we'll then take software reads of your Engine and/or Gearbox controllers. We'll then write our own custom tune(s), testing it on the dyno and tweaking as we go to ensure it suits your vehicle perfectly.
- ROAD TEST - In most cases we will road test your vehicle to ensure our tune not only provides flat out power but also the best driveability. We will tweak the tune as needed, and once happy we'll share the results with you!
Unlike most tuning companies, we write all of our tunes in-house on the day for your car, specifically tailoring our software to your vehicle to ensure the absolute best driveability, power and efficiency.
We also have a 2WD and 4WD rolling road "Dyno" which means we can safely and accurately measure all aspects of your vehicles performance.
Our Dyno is often referred to as a "heartbreaker". Unlike most dynos which use a fixed calculation to measure your vehicles power, ours measures your vehicles drivetrain losses dynamically at every rpm through a power run, giving extremely accurate horsepower and torque readings at both the wheels and crank.
